Another milestone around these parts.....getting rid of the binky. Baron is our only baby that took a binky and since he is 34 months old, it is time to say good-bye. He used to have it all the time and then went to only having it at naptime/bedtime for months which is why I have let him have it so long. And then on Friday the binky was broken (tip cut off). He asked for another and that one was broken too and he hasn't asked for one since. He woke up on Friday night upset (not quite sure what he was looking for) but went back to sleep quickly. He woke up from his nap yesterday upset, again not quite sure what was missing just knowing something was not quite right, but snapped out of it quickly again. Last night there was no crying when he went to bed or in the night, so I am keeping my fingers crossed. It makes me a little sad but I know that is silly.....just me being sentimental :) My baby is growing up fast!
