The last 3 weeks have gone by incredibly fast and it's hard to believe we are into June already. Maverick was weighing in at 3lbs 6ozs (or 1520 grams) today and he didn't have his feeding tube when we were in Eugene. He had pulled it out and they hadn't put it back in since he's been taking so many of his feeding orally. It might have to go back in though since he still gets tired fairly quickly. First time I've seen him with nothing on his face and I've got to say he is pretty stinking cute! I think he will look the most like Grant but right now we think he looks alot like our nephew Griffin. I'm even seeing some reddish tint to his hair. Nothing like my nieces and nephew but more than either of my other kids.
My sister Tara went with me today since Grant went back to work and she is the first person to hold Maverick aside from Grant and myself (and doctors/nurses of course). He snuggled right in and they seemed to really enjoy each other. Sister got some cuddle time too....they sure do love being with each other. You would think after months of kicking each other in the head they would want a break but they seem the most at ease when they are together :)
Baron is doing a little better but still is pretty sensitive and has more meltdowns than normal. He is really into the iPad and has been learning to play games with Grant on it. I think he's turning into a computer junkie!
