Almost forgot to post today. Starting to feel the effects of getting up every 3 hours to pump. I guess it's good though because I will be in the groove of things by the time Elliott comes home.
Maverick is off his IV.....Yay! Happy that he doesn't have to have that bug him anymore. He is up to 18 ml of milk and moving onto 21 ml at this 11:00 feeding. He has been digesting all the milk really well and was up again in his weight at approx 2lbs 9ozs.
Elliott nursed well again and they started the bottle this evening. Hopefully she will take that well too so they can get rid of the feeding tube before long. Sounds like we might get to bring her home next week.
They moved to a different room today that has a window which Grant and I are excited about. We have been in adjoining rooms that haven't had a window and we are looking forward to seeing the sunshine!
That's all for now as I'm ready to get some shut eye.....until the pump calls that is ;)
